Does anyone else get pimples ONLY around their mouth?

op these pimples are the result of ingrown hair, probably beard or moustaches that are starting to grow around your mouth
it happened to me when i was younger, and it still happens to this day, tho it is very rare

only around my nose right in those corners or my mouth.
never anywhere else.

Use chapstick every night before bed, and possibly use some light exfoliating cream after showering.

i don't have a beard. it's possible they're ingrown peach fuzz hairs i guess, but more likely pimples

If you eat a lot of greasy food sometimes that does it. If you do just eat healthier or wipe your face after.
