For the past month or so I've been staying up all night 2-3 nights a week (sunday night into monday morning, tuesday night into wednesday morning and thursday night into friday morning) because I procrastinate and do all my uni work the night before I have classes. I take 30 mg adderall xr at around 3-4 am every one of those nights, go to classes, turn everything in, then get home and take 1.5mg-3mg of xanax to help with the comedown and put me to sleep early at 6pmish so I wake up before class the next day. I honestly really like the time allowed, I just don't know if it's honestly significantly unhealthy or if not getting enough sleep is just a meme.

I'm prescribed both the adderall xr and xanax.

My copay for xanax with my insurance is literally $3 for the month 90 .5mg tablets. Adderall isn't much more expensive, $12 I think, and I take it a lot less often. I don't give a fuck. Milk industry is designed to get you to drink milk.

I've survived the last 9 years on an average of 5 or less hours a night sleep (no drugs)
I'm still alive and kicking

You definitely need to stop, you're begging for a heart attack or stroke. You ever hear about korean professional gamers who stay up nights at a time and die? THat's gonna be you but not korean probably. Or maybe you are korean, I have no idea if you are.
