My dad always belittles me, but, he does it so often and to so many people, I'm pretty sure he doesn't even think he is doing anything wrong. Then he gets very mad whenever I ask him not to.

My mom is white but dad was black, the only reason I stick around is because I have two younger sisters that I've been trying to help bring up, there was no man in the house growing up.

Yes, but he's hardly the big deal he thinks he is. I think a couple bad business years have caused him to realize that a bit, but it just made him a bigger asshole because he can't accept making a mistake. So he just blames it on all his employees until they quit.
