Robots, I need your advice.

There is a Russian girl in one of my classes in uni and I have liked her from the very first time I have met her. I got into same group as she (together with her 3 friends and 2 guys) and for the past few weeks, she always sits next to me (we sit in circle around 1 table) and touches me. At first it started lightly, by touching me when she moved her hand, but it gradually intensified by leaning on my shoulder or stroking my arm.
She also smiles when she talks to me, and today when I was leaving the class she stood in front of me (blocking my way), looked mi into eyes, smiled, waved and said "bye".

Is it possible she is into me? I am a 21 y.o KHV so I have no idea what does that look like, but I have no problem talking to her. I just miss all the flirting cues.

Should I invite her out for coffee? Or is she just acting friendly and I'm seeing things where there are none? What is your opinion?
