I have no idea how to feed myself and I moved out like 6 months ago. I eat from Panda Express or Subway or just fast food once every 2 days and that's it. I know it is unhealthy and not money efficient and I am constantly hungry and irritable. Before you tell me OP to start buying cheap ingredients at the grocery store and cook, I dont have any kitchen 'tools' like plates or utensils or idk pots/pans. Just fridge stove/oven and microwave and dishwasher. Rest is empty drawers and cabinets and sink ofc. I am not a picky eater either.

I'd suggest getting on Youtube. Youtube helped me learn to cook and I've cooked for three girls that I remember right now and it got me laid. There's lots of basic shit on Youtube and you can do a lot with a microwave. Just buy yourself some herbs and spices. Build up a collection. Even if its one jar/bottle/whatever a week. It's only like 2 dollars and my country is expensive as shit. After you learn to cook a couple of dishes pick one dish and practice the fuck out of it. Then cook it when you invite sluts over.

Also put a little bit of money aside each week to get a good non-stick pan (non stick is very important. you dfont want your shit ending up on the bottom of the ban if you're not sauteing or doing that thing that gets shit off the bottom i forget right now) and a good pot. a big pot preferably. you can make soups with it, make stock.make sauce. it expands your repertoire hugely.
