I feel as if YouTube is more retarded than /r9k/, I don't think I've ever seriously had someone threatened to kill me on /r9k/, but on YouTube, even as a 13 y/o edgefag back in the early days, I could easily get 500+ replies just like OP.

also, you can be a lot more creative with your trolling on YouTube, if your post doesn't fit into one of the approved baiting topics then you'll get 50 replies at best. In all my time browsing 4chan, I've only had one bait thread reach the post cap that wasn't race baiting or some other stupid shit
