No. I'm 1.90 m tall and at the age of 22, I never had a gf. Might be because I'm a 5/10 or because I have absolutely no idea how to flirt. Remember that tall guy in class who'd never talk? That was me. It's a meme.

That's because things like height are neutral traits, they aren't necessarily good or bad on their own, instead something like heigh just accentuates certain parts of your characters.

Here's an example: Any confident male above 6/10 will find that height (so long as it's not excessive) gives him an advantage with next to no downsides, however, for the ugly, fat, autistic, disgusting permavirgin, height will just make him stick out more and be more threatening (not in the good way) or creepy to girls. Think of it like this, a nice guy wearing a white coat and smiling at you politely with a syringe isn't threatening because he looks like a doctor, on the other hand, the weird, grinning, seedy man in a stained trenchcoat looks like a rapist or organ harvester.

Sick of this meme, it makes it easier but if your personality can't get you girls if your short then being tall won't help, it's just a confidence boost. Facial features are all that matters in the physical field so long as your dick isn't frighteningly below average.

I've never gotten a girlfriend explicitly because of my height (6'3") but I'm sure it helps.

Of course, tall people tend to die earlier because their heart has to work harder to keep the blood flowing so it conks out sooner. So you have that for consolation.
