>play 65+ hours of a game a week
>start seeing myself playing it when I close my eyes
>happens everytime I play a game this much

Totally normal, it's called the Tetris effect (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tetris_effect).
I played Cities Skylines over the weekend and I still see little cars and highways and buildings when I close my eyes.
It's a known phenomenon called the Tetris effect. Diablo II used to do that to me.
Stop being a worthless neet and that won't happen.

This happened to me when I was addicted to TF2 and CSGO. My TF2 dreams were always nightmares. I would be playing sniper and I would clearly be getting headshots but none of them would connect. The my CSGO dreams were fantasies where I was a god at the game and ranking up to GE.
I used to get this with The Sims a lot
Now I get it with fucking work, growing up sucks

there is literally nothing wrong with The Sims
