Cucking wagecuck here. I have to get up at 4am to avoid traffic tomorrow unless I'll be stuck in my car for 3 hours. Then I wageslave for 9 hours, sit in my car for another 2 hours so I can avoid most traffic going home. Get home around 8:30pm and pass out to do it all again the next day. I got off extremely lucky considering the severity of the accident. My knee completely shattered of the femur end and the rest if the femur was fractured everywhere and had a few breaks. My pelvis was spiderweb fractured and most of my muscles were torn and stretched when my femur dislocated.

The pain is a lot better now and I can better enjoy the temporary neet life

The job is difficult since I have to learn a lot on my own time so my boss can use me more. Currently getting hosed on my 5th beer as I'm staying up to avoid going to bed and hastening tomorrow. Have horrid meetings from 10 am til 5:30 and my boss is going to be even more ornery than usual because the only member of my team he shows any sign of liking is off on vacation for the next two weeks.

The only silver lining is that said boss is going on vacation Wed-Fri of this week, so I can dick around watching Dark Souls videos on jewtube for the back end of my week at work. I'm already ahead of my slow-as-fuck colleagues in getting work done so I don't want to go too far and look out of place, so I need to dick around and burn time. Unfortunately if you're not one of the small in-club, taking any actual days off work gets you "noticed."

God damn I just want to recharge. I would just take a day off. I've been in this job for 13 months and haven't taken a non-holiday day off the whole time and I'm burnt out as fuck and updated my resume and cover letter earlier tonight but am too scared to leave this job, because my boss will certainly give me a shit reference if I bail.
