Solution is to develop a sense of accomplishment. Set small achievable goals, then achieve them. Pick a hobby, preferably one that makes you feel good, that has the possibility of making you feel proud of yourself, such as a craft that requires practice to get better.

Doesn't work
Even if I achieve something I don't see it as a big achievement.

Esteem is like fire. It needs a fuel in order to continue burning. You must find something, at least one, fuel source to further enhance your self-capabilities. Regardless of the outcome of your decisions, you must continue without giving up. What you are experiencing right now is a moment of weakness, time will tell if you would pick the right decisions to avoid such fates. Pic related.

So achieve something big. I like small achievements because I procrastinate like a mother fucker and I have a hard time finishing things

Trained counsellor here, there are a bunch of ways. We can intervene at the level of your thoughts, your feelings, your behaviour, or all three.
Would you care to briefly describe:
1. a few objective things about yourself (age, occupation, stuff like that)
2.your subjective view of yourself
3. How a friend or loved one would describe you
If you care for a longer post, then also:
4. Describe your current self-perception in depth (intensity, changes in self-esteem over time, etc.)
5. What are your strengths, what is going well in your life currently?
