How is your guys dental hygiene?

try to brush twice a day, 30 minutes after lunch and whenever i go to the bathroom during the night

as for flossing, not regularly, maybe if i have a piece of food or i feel some shit on the gumline

I don't brush my teeth and I drink soda and other sugary drinks everyday.
