same here anon. i feel like i am mentally incapable of actually thinking when I'm depressed. I just think the same stupid thoughts over and over. I try to seek pleasure for comfort and I repeatedly think about how dissapointed i am in myself.

I think the only thing that consistently helps is meditating, but it's not a very attractive thing to do.

I always have a mental age of 10.
