If you live in the city, like real city not the suburbs or some shit like that, then yes, even in the city if you need to get somewhere too far you could always Uber.

Move to NYC

It took me several times for me to pass the written test and I have already failed the behind the wheel for the first time in CA, but I have two more tries and pass. In my city it can be done, but it is spread out and some areas you need a car to get to as the transit agency does have buses in that area.

You don't really need a car if your city has good public transit
