When you first get there it feels pretty bad, since you just fell. you get used to it and theres something comfy about knowing nothing can get worse. You can see the light and there is some hope. Then the ground beneath your feet softens and slips away and your falling again. You hit the ground and go through the same feelings. Eventually if this goes on long enough the light of hope fades and you realise there is no rock bottom and that you can fall forever.

If you can make peace with falling for then theres probably some kind of enlightenment to be arrived at

>start drinking while still in school
>carry this on for 10 years getting worse and worse
>be 28 vomiting blood daily
>leave it for ~6 months
>finally doctors, stop drinking or you won't see 40
>6 months of therapy and group
>Get sober
>life still shit
>keep at it, 3 years sober now, life is on track and getting better

Rock bottom sucks, but the only way is up, and people will help, don't give up robots, if I can do it any one can
