Real advice in a fake thread

You need to warm up before you start. That way you'll do much better at speaking to people

Start giving individuals positive remarks. They can be compliments or just 'nice to see you man!' kind of stuff. Good compliments would be small ones, preferably about what they're wearing. Still, the things you need to keep in mind is to keep these interactions brief. You're pretty much just passing through unless they try to bring you into a conversation (and you pretty much don't want that right now). Try to focus on girls.

AUTIST WARNING: Make sure the people are spaced out. Make sure the compliments are in at least some way genuine. The key is to make the interactions brief and to keep moving along.

Now you should have started to feel pretty happy and talking to people doesn't seem like as much of a barrier.
