If anybody on here has actually gotten out of there depressed life stump and moved past it then I would appreciate some advice because I'm sick of going on 4chan and eating everything in my kitchen then saying I'll change tomorrow and then never doing shit

Incentivize yourself by becoming homeless and losing all access to internet and happiness shortcuts. Make it so you have to earn any enjoyment through social interaction and work

why would anyone want to socialize or give a job to a homeless person
Yeah I went to the doctor and got some pills which helped a little. What really really helped me was fixing my sleep schedule and doing some light exercise every day (I walk a couple miles and listen to audiobooks after I get home from work). Fixing my sleep took pills, but after a couple weeks of going to bed at 11:30-12 and getting up at 7 it became natural.

Well OP, I've been there too and the best advice I can give is to accept whatever happens, and believe it happened for a reason. Take the chance to learn from the mistakes that were made, take some time for yourself to do the things you love and start working out, it's the best anti depression method. Even cycling or going for a walk.
Also, take a cold shower. You'll be shocked at first but you'll get used to it.
