I have to go back to a doctor for this, I got a UTI from a catheter and in a hospital I was jerking off and came and it BURNED sometimes UTIS can also go to the prostate and are VERY hard to treat, just go to a doctor piss in cup few days later get results they will give you antibiotics in the mean time. Could be a UTI, prostatitis, or (worst case scenario) prostate cancer. Whenever I ejaculate (which isn't often) my perineum/prostate start to hurt pretty bad, and the pain lingers for a while.
