Before puberty it's not hard but more than 90% of your height will be determined by genetics(average statistic I think?).
Eat healthy, lots of vegetables, meat, fish and milk. Don't forget some fruits here and there too, there are many factors in height growth.
Keep a good posture, I fucked up on food but it's minor compared to my shitty posture throughout school years.
Go to the gym, that shit gets you fit and keepa your body healthy and with a good posture. Also hanging bar practices can gain you a few centimeters if you do it for a long time. Oh and it has been proven that running can add centimeters as well, if you work on it for a long time.
Yoga and generally being flexible can add alot to your posture and muscle health.

After puberty you can still grow until age 25 but that's extremely rare.
Keeping good posture, eating healthy and working with hanging bars can still help you gain height but that's all if you don't want to go through surgery.

But again, gaining height through these measures is still a minor improvement although anything is good in my opinion.

Eventually you will have to be at peace with your height if you're short.
I'm 5'6 and I have accepted my faith because there is nothing I can do.
