How the fuck do I get rid of this shit
Seriously it's disgusting, I'm 23 and I still have these skin problems
>>

oh lol XD
>>
2% salicylic acid

rub it in every day
>>
>>36051403

I feel generous.

OP. Get some paracetamol. Crush it up with a mortar and pestle and make it into a paste.
Apply to your face, wait an hour, then wash off with lukewarm water.

The paracetamol contains a chemical, can't remember the name, but it's a big ingredient in the expensive anti acne creams and medicines.

I rarely have it, but when I do, I do that, and it's gone in two days tops.

Do try to eat healthy and have plenty of water too.

Don't have anything that's microwaveable.

Anything you cook in the oven is decent enough to eat.
Try to have fruit and vegetables if you can.

If having enough greens is hard, atleast try to have some herbs. They're full of vitamins and can flavour up your food.

Fresher is better, but dried potted ones are also fine.

THIS.
I've been doing it for two months now and my acne is almost gone.
>>
Bar soap with 3% sulfur.
>>
Thick rope with 3% knot.
>>
>>36051616
Do you suppose that showering as much as I do might also be a factor? I think I might be getting my skin wet for to long.
>>
>>36051403
There are stages.

First is using a 2% salicylic acid face wash with 2% benzoyl peroxide spot treatment and a moisturizer.
If that doesn't work, you go to a dermatologist. They might prescribe you a stronger topical antibiotic like clindamycin, but usually they'll give you a prescription face wash (mine had sulfur and sulfacetamide), adapalene, and a tetracycline oral antibiotic.
If that doesn't work, you'll be put on accutane (isotretinoin).
>>
>>36051717

Could be.
Your skin produces oils and such, and showering too frequently does change this.

Ofcourse don't go weeks without showering. But once or twice a day is enough. Anymore than that and your overdoing it unless your doing intense physical exercise.

How the fuck do you get rid of blackheads?

I'm not sure if it's the best option, but you might eventually try roacutane: it's like using a flamethrower to mow the lawn, but at least it works. But before that, try to see a dermatologist, just in case they can't treat it otherwise, because this shit has some pretty serious adverse effects.
A few years ago, I had a pretty bad acne: not the kind you have with large spots, but huge zits that made an awful lot of scarring, so I took this for 6 months, and it was like hell: my nose bled everyday, my eyes were as dry as the Sahara desert, I had sunburns after spending 10 minutes outside and I felt like absolute shit because this thing is known for causing depression because of hormones shifts, but hell did that work. now I'm free of this, and I don't regret taking it. But make sure before doing it of three things:
-See with a specialist if there are no other ways
-Make sure you'll take it consistently for a very long period (6-18 months depending of the seriousness of your acne)
-make sure you can handle the effects
But well, if you manage it, you'll be pretty much acne-free: nowadays, I only have a small zit here and there, but nothing out of the ordinary, and most of the times, it has more to do with my lack of good hygiene...

Accutane

Dont be deterred by the 'side effects'

Only affects 1 in 1000. If acne is that damaging to your mental health, go for it.

You disgust me to the point of suicide.
>>
>>36051403
get it treated with some over the counter shit. protect your face. maybe something else.
>>
>>36051529
Wash your bedsheets and pillow cases, and don't go to bed without a shower and your face care routine (also, it feels extra comfy to sleep that way). Either shower with cold water, or if that's too much of a shock, finish your shower with a cold water rinse. Taking only one shower per day might help, so consider taking just the one if you don't see good results from other options.

Do not touch your face, keep your hair trimmed so that it doesn't hang onto your brow or face, and follow other anons' advice on chemical treatment options.

>>36051403
use dish washing soap or coal tartar shampoo

This is the only viable option OP. Ignore that salicylic acid/good diet bullshit, that only works for people who have mild acne like in those stupid acne TV ads that show teenagers with ridiculously small zits.
If you are already in your 20s, it's time you take this seriously before your face gets scarred. I was like you and had given up and accepted my fate until one day I said "What the fuck, why do I have to deal with this shit when there are treatments that seem to work (accutane)."
At the age of 29 I finally sawa dermatologist and she recommended accutane (claravis). Here I am 3 months later and my fucking face has completely cleared, I don't suffer that much from skin dryness because my skin was extremely oily to begin with, not even nose bleedings or mood swings.
Just do it OP, it's so fucking simple that I regret not doing it in my early twenties. My face is mildly scarred now, but at least I don't have to deal with acne anymore. Feels good man.
>>
>>36053773
me too. getting laser treatments for it though. i can't stand looking at myself
>>
>>36055247
accutane is endgame medication you idiot
>>
>>36056383
>endgame medication
No it's not. It's just a simple and efficient way to get rid of acne, and for having taken it, I can tell you that it's not that "killer drug" everybody thinks it is: it may make everyday life a little sucky for a few months, but it works very well, and is still better than dealing with permanent scarring of the skin/ anxiety from acne.
>>
>>36051403
Wash you face with soap and water, moisturise.
>>
>>36056453
In what way is accutane not endgame? And I never suggested it was a killer drug. I'm on my 4th month right now and it's a fucking breeze. Minocycline and all those other antibiotics only work for normies with mild acne. Accutane is the only medication that worked for me and for other people with severe acne.
>>
>>36056635
>Minocycline and all those other antibiotics only work for normies with mild acne. Accutane is the only medication that worked for me and for other people with severe acne.
So true. I tried monocycline and while it worked as long as I kept taking it, it never fixed my extremely oily skin. Once I stopped taking it, it came back in less than a week. Fucking acne man.
Accutane is truy a blessing. I feel sorry for those who don't get successful results while taking it.
>>
>>36056635
It's not endgame in the fact that it's simply a different kind of medication. Antibiotics are designed to treat periodical acne bursts on the fly, whereas accutane is more designed to treat permanently. They simply have different goals. I could have been treated with something else, but used it anyway.
>>
>>36051403
Go to a dermatologist. One prescribed me pills, a tiny tube, and a big tube, and I'm completely cured 8 months later.

It was terrible. 22 years old and still had a 13 year old pizzaface.

Also drink lots of water.
