Yes. Any thing that doesn't require more than a key. But you have to push the actual door open from there.
For example, you can't open a completely walled in room.

What is a door defined as? Does a door have a doorknob? Or is it just a panel on hinges (or some sort of closing mechanism) that sits flush with a surface when closed? Because if it's the latter, I'm opening ATMs and taking all the money inside.
