Not eating well leads to lesser health and thus to lesser sexual fertility
Of course they would be more vulnerable but i wouldn't mind it
As long as she doesn't put her finger down her throat after every meal, i would be a supportive bf who helps hear dealing with her problems
If she's really anorexic and is missing teeth because of puking so much, it would be too much of emotional ballast and of course a huge red flag
