Wash your hair every other day with a mild shampoo, use a conditioner if you like
It's that simple, you nignogs.
Don't use high-detergent shampoos, dont scrub your scalp like you're grating cheese and don't use medicated shampoo: when you stop using stuff like selsun/denorex, it comes back tenfold.

I get drandruff in my eyebrows, constantly. I always have specks on my face or eyebrows.

I tried everything, now i just use the camera on my phone to flick them off, although i hate doing that because im so ugly it makes me more depressed.

Buy the rx strength head and shoulders and some cold pressed coconut oil

Wash your hair every other day and take a little coconut oil and rub it in your palms to melt it then put it in your hair

When the dandruff is gone switch to washing every 3 days

Don't use too much oil or your hair will
Look greasy and gross and only put it on when you wash your hair with shampoo

Your dandruff should be gone in 3 weeks max but itll probably only take a week and a half also keep using the oil even after the dandruff is gone,its good for your hair and scalp
