I'm older than everyone here probably and so I grew up without the internet.


When I was alone in my room as a kid, I was genuinely alone in my room. I would get so bored of re-reading the same books and listening to the same songs on my casette tapes that the boredom would make me angry and I would just go out and set shit on fire.


Now I live in the future and I can instantly access nearly all of the world's recorded knowledge and music and movies and literature and video games for free while I take a shit.
