I used to transport soecial needs children, and I saw far more minorities with autism than whites. We had a special case where there was this 200 lb 9 year old black kid with severe autisn, and all he would do is laugh and thrash about violently. He needed his own transport vehicle and a harness to make sure he couldn't get out of his seat.
