Yeah, but I only smoke super late at night so there's no chance I'll run into anybody. For whatever reason it amplifies my anxiety but as soon as I get into bed I'm fine

i used to smoke everyday, but quit mostly for the reasons aforementioned. although anxiety was never conducive to sleep, for me. however, this weekend i ended up smoking almost a 1/4 to myself on friday/Saturday. mostly to amplify the effects of the opiates i was taking. it made me pretty stupid/retarded and i woke up the next day at 5-6pm and felt like my own voice was shouting at me. had a cigarette and cooled off thankfully though, but i don't know what that was about. ill probably put it down again for the time being.

These past few months I've been getting high and then eating an uncomfortable amount of junk food. Just today I ate two bags of chips and a Little Ceasers pizza, I feel gross but it's the only time I feel good in life.

I'm going to try not to smoke anymore and see if I still have an appetite, hopefully things will get better.
