Same here, misophonia is a nightmare, what trigger me mainly is any sound a mouth or nose can make. I've kept it under control since I bring earbuds with me everywhere I go.

Any sound that comes out of a normie also makes me want to cry and/or go into a fit of rage and Im in college so every day is a living hell.

I know that feel. Back when I first discovered 4chan and hung out on /b/ I was linked to an animal cruelty video on old YouTube, it was called ANIMAL IN CHINA and it featured these horrific images of abuse, finishing with this one video of a dog in a tiny cage, alive, panting, and it had practically no skin, And Somwhere Over the Rainbow played over the video, and I've forever associated it with animal abuse since.

I don't break down in tears or anything, It just makes me slightly uncomfortable. I just try to avoid it whenever I hear the first few cords, but just that brings the image of that flayed dog into my mind and ruins my day a little. I don't even know if it belongs here, could be called a trigger, since its so minor, but that's my little story.

I wouldn't really call it a "trigger", but it'd be small dangly things. Little pieces of metal or plastic or whatever that dangle around and especially if they make noise

The easiest example to give is dangly jewelry like necklaces, those long earrings, those longs belly button piercings, bracelets that clank together. Another example would be a chain that holds a sink or tub plug, but I've gotten better about that.

Even just little metal things even so just rings and what not. Basically if I see a girl with any form of piercing or jewelry it immediately turns me off, the most i can take is something like a plain flat band ring.

I have to deal with a lot of health issues on my own and I'd rather not discuss the subject in conversation more than necessary, but the women in my family seem to never tire of the subject. Who's dying, who has cancer, such and such person they barely know was in a wreck, it just goes on and on. And it never registers to them that people who are sick might not want to hear all that crap every day.
