I've operated a porn tumblr for years (like, a lot of years) and it's been a decent vehicle for nudes. I think it would be much harder to break into the "scene" (as it were) now than it was when I first started doing this like 6 years ago. Here's what worked for me:

>follow everyone with a self-pic of a girl as their avatar (with practice you get REALLY good at figuring out real accounts)
>grow your follower base by reblogging and liking porny shit your followers post
>aim to keep the posting in the 9pm-1am EST range, this is apparently regular faptime for normie girls
>create a snapchat and kik account, mention their existence in your bio etc.
>begin mixing in your own dick pics etc. in with your reblogs. separate them all with a specific tag, e.g. #me

- trawl through the tumblr.com/tagged/me pages in the later evening hours and you'll find a lot of girls posting nudes. sometimes these are very popular, other times it's clearly an unpopular, low-follower account and you can get in early on it
- don't send non-anon asks. there's a very small chance this works and a very large chance you get put on blast.
- if she markets herself in any way--amazon wishlist included--she is in it for money and you will have to pay for nudes. don't pay for nudes.
- in the past year or so, there has been a substantial shift in porn tumblr. people are really into the language of sex-positive feminism (specifically with regard to sex work/"SW") right now. be mindful of how you talk to girls. there are some blogs that try to chronicle/shame "abuse" against "SW" blogs, where abuse ranges from very obviously abusive asks/direct messages to fairly benign stuff like having a dick pic as an avatar (dumb, but... abuse...?)
