What do you think about meditation, /r9k/?
I've been doing it for a while and feel calmer and more focused. I'm not talking about any secret techniques or religion bullshit. Just the old stand still for 20mins and try to think about nothing. It's simple but pretty hard.

This isn't just about meditation. Seriously, do Nadi Shodhana. Do it for half and hour and you'll legit feel the energy.
Your mind feels clear as all fuck afterwards.
