I think my body is abnormal. I know a lot of people have body issues but I have gynecomastia and what I'm pretty sure is an abnormally shaped wide pelvis. No matter how much I life weights or change my diet or exercise, I might get bigger thicker arms or build some chest muscle or whatever but it's always on the same weird wonky frame which never gets any better.

Those are quite normal actually! The name is keratosis pilaris and is considered a normal condition with 3 million cases PER year. I grew up with it all my life and you can only imagine the bullying I had especially when I had to wear dresses to formal occasions at school. I'm a lot older now and I don't mind them much anymore since I can't really do anything about it.

If it bothers you a lot there's lotion and medication you can take. I tried used lotion specifically for that it never worked, but it may work for you.

You can try pic related (which other family members used and it did work on their arms). As you can tell this lotion is specially for keratosis pilaris (kp, or chicken skin). You can typically buy this at Walmart, Target, CVS, or Walgreens (if in America) or Amazon. Another option that isn't over the counter is to go to a dermatologist and they would probably redirect you to other lotions.

I've found that all of them have small hairs stuck under the skin, I've been trying to resurface them as my body hair grows.
It's been working pretty well in some areas. Where the hair is too tiny I can't do anything about it.

I was born with a deviated septum and collapsed nostrils on account. What that basically means is that my nose looks reasonably normal, but whenever I try to inhale through it my nostrils clamp shut because the cartilage is too weak/flexible. When I breathe it looks like pic related.

Fortunately for me I had the good fortune to be born in the UK. I attended a consultation with an ENT specialist late last year who conducted some tests, took some photographs, confirmed I had a problem and scheduled me for a septorhinoplasty on the NHS.

Here's the real kicker though, I've actually always hated my nose and I've always desired a nosejob but had no way of securing the funding for one any time soon. I would easily be a 8/10 if it weren't for me nose, but the surgeon has offered to fix up my nose for me as part of the surgery, so I'm basically getting a free nosejob.

Surgery is in 10 days now on April 11th. Wish me luck familia.

Cratered chest. Kind of a niche deformety, very uncommon. I'm lucky, I don't suffer from any of the serious health-issues related to it. No heart problems or anything. It's mostly cosmetic (though I've learned there are advantages), and my lung intake is about 2% less efficient due to my ribcage and chestplate being in less-optimal places. I think my heart is also a bit more to the left compared to the average retard, and for some reason the deformety usually comes with extra-moveable joints, which I happen to have in m fingers and toes. So I can do dank shit with em'.

All in all, it's not like people haven't been mean to me, but it's mostly just healthy curiosity. Coupled with the fact that I'm tall, and with a shirt on I look like I'm ripped (because my chest muscles become emphazised through it) I don't really have a lot of complaining to do. I'd prefer normal but it is what it is, and the surgery to fix it is quite major. A double-edged-sword when it comes to girls, in a way.
