I constantly repeat the sentence I just said to someone very quietly to myself to make sure it sounded right/made sense.

I pace around the house muttering to myself. I hate being limited to one room when I pace around, I like walking the hallways or into the living room, maybe to the bathroom just to glance at myself. I talk as though I was talking with some about politics or economics, I'd talk about trivia, lore, or easter eggs I'd put into video games I'd never actually make, or I'd autistically talk to myself about what I'd do in a characters situation when I think they fucked up or things were going awkward.

I rip ass like 500 times a day

Constantly play with my beard hair, but only on the right side in a certain area. Its getting somewhat long and its real thick and curly, so I'll twist the hairs around into like a bunch of 3 an slowly weaken the follicles grip into my skin, then when its ready pull it out painlessly, mess with it with my fingers for a second, then throw it on the ground.

I do this all the time while I am driving. I'll talk to myself as though I am giving some sort of lecture to a group of people, but it's usually about the nuances of my favorite game, or why modern feminism is fucking awful.

I do this too but I speak as if I was talking to someone, like I talk in the 1st and 3rd person, responding to myself. I do it very loudly so I think my parents believe I have some mental disease or something.

when i was 8 years old, i had a drawer in our dinning room table. The drawer was on the spot i was always sitting during meals. So when we would have some disgusting food i did not like, like liver, broccoli, mangel etc, i would wait for everyone to finish eating and then after i was alone in the dining room i would scrape the food off my plate and into the drawer.
I did this for 2 years. I would put shit like chicken skin, fish skin, tendons from meat, all sorts of salads and anything i didnt like, into this drawer.
Over time the food inside started getting fungus and mold on it and it all turned Black, but that didnt stop me from adding to the drawer.
One day my mother was searching for something and she looked EVERYWHERE. That included my special drawer. I just heard her scream my name and asked me if i was out of my fucking mind. I had to clean the contents of the drawer with my bare hands. And so an era ended.
After that i would just wait for everyone to finish eating, then stuff all the food in my fist and with the food dripping from my clenched fist i'd pass by my parents like i finished eating and just toss it in the toalet and flush it.

i have so many more stories of similar stuff i used to do to get away from shit i didnt like. I always found a way.
