I sometimes redeem them for a free 1-topping large so my total is $0.00 before delivery fee and since they still schlep all the way out to me, I tip 15% based on how much the pizza originally would've cost if I ordered it normally.
I know they see the ticket for $0.00 so I tip with my card when Im giving them the order so they don't even think of fucking with my food.

All customers get x amount of effort for their food. If someone is rude on the phone, I won't be particularly vigilant about making sure I put in x amount of effort.
