Been lifting a while but most of it was centered around a specific sport which required me to bulk hard. I'm strong as shit but my body looks like crap. Robot gains are different than Normie gains apparently. On a cut though so hopefully I look better in a few months.

How you will look basically depends on your genetics. No matter how much muscle mass you gain, the way your muscles will look are determined by your insertions, which are entirely genetic and there's nothing you can do about it.

I've been lifting for about 1 year exactly, went from 130lbs to 145lbs (5'7" turbo-manlet), so I didn't start fat.

Just dumbells and calisthenics at home, usually full-body workout 3-6 times a week, I kind of just do whatever exercises I want for the day and mentally keep track of what I need to work. Only equipment I have is adjustable dumbells, a bench, and a pull-up bar. Only costs like $250.

Gaining muscle is largely about how much testosterone you can produce. I do everything I can to boost testosterone, I eat foods that are supposed to boost testosterone like spinach/garlic/chamomile, I take supplements like Vitamin D and creatine, etc. I eat fairly healthy and try to get all nutrients I can need, I get good sleep, etc.

Ive been going to the gym 4-5 days a week for the past 5 months. I went from 79kg (174lbs) to 88kg (194lbs) and im 190cm (6'3) tall.
I gotta say, lifting really helped me in a lot of ways, but mostly with confidence. I an no longer ashamed of my body and it feels nice. Im still a 21 yearold virgin and all, but im very close to aquiring a gf.

Now i know im not that good looking yet, but im planning on becoming.

Because that's not how it works. I was bullied in school by a chad for ages. He taunted me for so long and threatend me, I finally snapped and fought him. I managed to knock him out but as soon as I did everyone rushed over to help him and got in my face like "WTF DUDE?". Everyone was on his side and made it out like I "just went off for no reason at all". I ended up suspended and even more of a reject but at least he left me alone after that.

Literally the only exercise I do is a two mile jog every day. Nt even consecutive, I jog to work a mile away, 8-12 hours later I jog back. If running around a kitchen counts then I get a lot of exercise, but it's all light cardio. I'm in good shape after doing this for six years but I am not /fit/.
