Anybody who is /fit/ I often scoff when people say I'm really muscular. I don't feel that way.

How do people get self conscious about the way their body looks? I've never understood this about people. The way you look really doesn't matter that much.

Because it doesn't match the mental image you have for yourself, and there is a disconnect between what you feel you look like and what you actually look like.

Huh? Are judgements on someone is almost 95% on someone's appearance when first meeting.

It does if you're looking for a girlfriend/boyfriend. It single-handedly determines whether your search for a romantic partner will be either a piece of cake, or brutally difficult.

I am. I hate how I look and feel everything is wrong, but I don't know what alternative it would be. I crossdress but I'm not about to transition or anything. I know I'm crazy but I'm not that level of crazy.
