I used to 400+lbs and I wasted my 20's being a morbidly obese fat fuck. It was awful. I feel like I wasted the prime of my life. I'm finally down to 200 and I feel fantastic though I ruined my skin and body. Luckily, people generally wear clothes so nobody can really tell I used to be like that.
