Put yourself on a timer. Say 5 minutes.
Draw for the entirety of the 5 minutes.
At the end of the 5 minutes, if you want to keep drawing, continue.
Else, put yourself on a rigidly timed break. Say 10 minutes. The important part is that you go back to drawing immediately after the 10 minutes.
Repeat.
This worked for me when programming, and now I've made a few games with 3-5k lines of code.
Often enough, the momentum of starting a task will carry you through the task.
