My go to is always white wine but I'm not sure if that's the best option. Usually hard liquor makes me forget everything which really scares me.

White wine + Sprite Zero 50/50 is a nice combination. It won't taste so bad in your mouth if you throw up and it takes longer until you turn delirious compared to Vodka - Sprite 50/50.
