When I can focus, I'm very good at it.

It's like everything in my life.

I couldn't tell the time on a clock until I was about 12, I just could never be bothered learning, then one day I suddenly felt like figuring out how to do it and it took me about 30 seconds.

I had to retake algebra twice. I'm really no good with math and almost always fell asleep in class. I was bad at every subject, but math was by far my least favorite

Computer engineering student here, I am fucking bad at math hell I failed my calc 2 and barely passed my differential equations course. Thank god I passed my advanced engineering math and am finally done with math (well pure math courses as circuits and such still have math) for the rest of my college years.

it's honestly hell.
all i want is to be good at maths. it's the ultimate non normie hobby and i still suck at it. i just wanted to be a maths nerd and just breeze through school even though i wouldn't have had any friends. now i'm just a stupid neet who can't even act like a brainiac. i fucking hate my former self for ignoring maths like the plague.

I have dyscalculia so I have like a 3rd/4th grade level of mathematical skills. From 7-9 I was put in special education math class with litteral retards. Later they put me in regular math class, although I was a year behind so I was taking algebra 2 in senior year. They put an inclusion teacher who would literally give me the answers so I would pass. So it took me 3 times to pass college algebra, first I dropped the class, then I was tutored and got a D, then I cheated my ass off and got a C+. But it's odd, I'm literally great in every other subject, in fact I would had been in my high school's top 15 percent if wasn't for the fact I was in special education.

Even my waifu is a mathlet. Sucks, but I am getting better at it because of my CS degree. Honestly, I never got into it because it was too abstract to see any purpose for it but programming made me think otherwise.
