when I first started smoking weed I wanted to believe in faeries and myths in a kind of metaphorical sense for the processes that shape reality, but if you do that and then do laughing gas and acid at the same time, or salvia or dmt too often, trying to "get too close to it", you set yourself up for psychosis and perma-freakouts whenever you get high and that's not a road I wanna go down
