Stalking, invading someone's privacy maybe? I could see upskirts and toilet shots really applying for this more so than normal creepshots.

Still, I'm asking so I don't actually know anything about the legality, I do know that mods often delete creepshot threads from here and /gif/ and have heard that it was against the law.
