I've been eating healthy homemade cooking, but in the night I'll get a craving and eat one cup.

What kind of instant noodles is the best? I prefer the one with mushrooms.

depends on if theyre in a cup or packet. cup is more designed for kettle but some can also be microwaved. packet is more suitable for microwave or stove.

That's a good question. I'm not sure, I suppose because I'm drinking it right now while listening to music.

I guess wanted to spite the OP by telling him I'm not eating instant noodles.

They're good but high sodium, low calorie, and give me the turbo shits. Sometimes times I can still make out the individual noodles floating around in the bowl.

Lately I've taken to cooking bulk once or twice a week and freezing in small bags. Stews, pasta, stir fry, all freeze great. Just cook up some fresh rice or pasta to go with it since they don't store well.
