drank 2 bottles of everclear within 2 weeks

would start drinking as soon as i get up

got so bad i would have extreme anxiety, rapid heart beat, inability to speak coherently, and nightmares

I put on about 50lbs of pure fat while drinking 2-4 times a week for 3 years (usually 12 to 18 beers on those nights). Plumped up from 140lbs to a little over 190lbs

Drinking just isn't worth it. Besides the weight gain, it just deteriorates your body and mind and makes you feel like shit when you're sober. I drank because of boredom and eventually every time I got drunk, I realized that I was still fucking just as bored

Seriously wouldn't recommending drinking more than once every week or two if you're gonna do it
