How old were you when you first grew out of video games?

Still getting older, but losing some interest.

19 here.
And I don't really have interest in games anymore. All I do is watching anime.

15, lapsed again at 20, grew out of them again at 22

I grew out of video games when I was 14 and grew back into them last year when I was 18. I pretty much exclusively play Dwarf Fortress, Doom mods, and Super Mario World mods.

21 or 22. This rebellious phase only lasted about one year. Then I quickly got back into one of the most beloved pleasures a NEET can have.

24, solid job, have a girlfriend, play games pretty much every day. My sister's husband also plays games almost daily and he's like 28.

When I was 20. I got into good movies, literature and so on. Ever since (more than 10years) I can't enjoy a vidya game for more than 2minutes.

Lost interest for a few years and now I'm regaining it back as a 19 yr old.
Feel drastically left out, but I'll be catching up soon enough.

When I was 15. The games I played was too boring even with steam friends.

I'm 30 and don't think I've grown out of gaming, but I find it much harder to find games that appeal to me, and many of the ones that do don't hold my interest for very long. It feels like the same 3 or 4 games just come out over and over again and there's nothing new in them except graphics and a few maps or guns or cars or whatever.

I do it on the side, my real job is graphic/film/installation design where I overcharge customers for 30 bucks an hour. Mostly municipal work where customers pay whatever you want because it's tax money anyway.

I get PS3 because i wanted to play Skyrim on its release, now I'm 27 and play quite a lot.

I'm in my mid 20's and my last console was a xbox360, I haven't bought any new vidya for over 3 years....

I sometimes get the jitters or that cold feeling of quitting vidya cold turkey with the urge to download some MMO looming over me

I'm thinking either Runescape or something like Tera, leaning more towards Runescape because who doesn't love that grind

Wish I had more time for vidya and less responsibilities

Waiting patiently for this game to come out. I wouldn't say I've grown out of gaming but less and less games interest me. Outside of P5 and Caligula I don't plan on buying much else this year.

Probably early thirties.

I still play from time to time, but it feels like a waste to do more that a few hours.

Still haven't at 21, doubt I ever will. Despite how juvenile they generally are in comparison it feels like asking when I'll grow out of movies or TV shows. It's just a medium after all.

I only played pokemon as a kid because parents were very strict about electronic devices.

Im 20 and just recently bought the new pokemon game and that's the only game I play. I have never been interested in any other game.

I haven't totally lost interest yet, but it's been a slow slide since I was about 20. I think it's more that less and less is coming out that's worth playing every year than me losing interest though.
