How old were you when you first grew out of video games?
>>
haven't grown out of video games
>>
Still getting older, but losing some interest.
>>
19 here.
And I don't really have interest in games anymore. All I do is watching anime.
>>
15, lapsed again at 20, grew out of them again at 22

>How old were you when you first grew out of video games?
I never got into video games

Haven't grown out of video games, probably never will.

I hate this meme. Age has no part in losing interest in things.
>>
>>35895212
I grew out of video games when I was 14 and grew back into them last year when I was 18. I pretty much exclusively play Dwarf Fortress, Doom mods, and Super Mario World mods.
>>
21 or 22. This rebellious phase only lasted about one year. Then I quickly got back into one of the most beloved pleasures a NEET can have.

Around 60 or so
>>
I don't think i'll ever grow out of games tbqh, only children think they 'grow' out of something

24, solid job, have a girlfriend, play games pretty much every day. My sister's husband also plays games almost daily and he's like 28.
>>
>>35895212
will probably never grow out of them. Use them to escape reality.
>>
>>35895212
Like 20 or 21
>>
>>35897910
No, people really do grow out of things. It's only autistic man children like you who don't grow up.
>>
>videogames are for children
Nice meme, they're the ultimate medium for storytelling.

When I was 20. I got into good movies, literature and so on. Ever since (more than 10years) I can't enjoy a vidya game for more than 2minutes.

Lost interest for a few years and now I'm regaining it back as a 19 yr old.
Feel drastically left out, but I'll be catching up soon enough.
>>
When I was 15. The games I played was too boring even with steam friends.
>>
I'm 30 and don't think I've grown out of gaming, but I find it much harder to find games that appeal to me, and many of the ones that do don't hold my interest for very long. It feels like the same 3 or 4 games just come out over and over again and there's nothing new in them except graphics and a few maps or guns or cars or whatever.

I do it on the side, my real job is graphic/film/installation design where I overcharge customers for 30 bucks an hour. Mostly municipal work where customers pay whatever you want because it's tax money anyway.

I'm in my mid 20's and my last console was a xbox360, I haven't bought any new vidya for over 3 years....

I sometimes get the jitters or that cold feeling of quitting vidya cold turkey with the urge to download some MMO looming over me

I'm thinking either Runescape or something like Tera, leaning more towards Runescape because who doesn't love that grind

Wish I had more time for vidya and less responsibilities

I never grew out of them, and I'm a 23 year old NEET. But I've been trying to read more as well as watch anime a bit more. It's not good to do the same thing all the time.

I was neet back there and ps3 was cheaper than gaming pc
anyway, it turned out that game sucked

relapsed at 22 for 2 years
now I am "free" of my old vice
Internet has replaced it anyway
It has replaced everything.

Waiting patiently for this game to come out. I wouldn't say I've grown out of gaming but less and less games interest me. Outside of P5 and Caligula I don't plan on buying much else this year.
>>
Probably early thirties.

I still play from time to time, but it feels like a waste to do more that a few hours.

Still haven't at 21, doubt I ever will. Despite how juvenile they generally are in comparison it feels like asking when I'll grow out of movies or TV shows. It's just a medium after all.
>>
I only played pokemon as a kid because parents were very strict about electronic devices.

Im 20 and just recently bought the new pokemon game and that's the only game I play. I have never been interested in any other game.
>>
>>35895212
Am I the only NEET who doesn't play vidya? I lost interest a few years ago.
>>
>>35895212
>first grew out of video games?
never did that lol
>>
I haven't totally lost interest yet, but it's been a slow slide since I was about 20. I think it's more that less and less is coming out that's worth playing every year than me losing interest though.

Why do roasties always try to make me feel ashamed for liking vidya?

It's not like you're gonna fuck me if Is top, so fuck off.
