My 'solution' for my computer addiction is working as many hours as I possibly can. Life is a chore and I don't find enjoyment in anything, so if I need to spend time away from a computer then I might as well be making $.

I have spent too long wasting away at this desk. I wish my parents had forced me to play sport, an instrument or even just to go outside. Sure, it probably would've sucked dick but at least id be able to talk to people.

OP try join a gym, get a job, join a club or take a course in something. Its normie advice but idk what else to give.
