I got psychotic once and was convinced of being given omnipotence, so I have given this much thought.

I'd basically create two separate worlds. One world where I would create peace and happiness for everyone. One other world with unconscious people that resemble the real people I know, like a computer game, for me to have complete control over. When I am in the game, time in the other real world would stand still.

In that separate world I could completely cut loose, and live out my deepest darkest (sexual) fantasies, I could time travel, have all kinds of superpowers, make things appear out of thin air, and indulge in hedonism to the fullest.

When I get bored with it after some hundred years or so of having an easy life, I could go back to building and sustaining the paradise for my loved ones in the real world again. And when I get tired of their shit again, I would go back to my matrix.

In this endless cycle of work and pleasure I could really see myself existing for an eternity. Basically this is my version of heaven.

Make everyone know I have omnipotence and can do anything and then do nothing useful for anyone but myself. Basically just be a huge dick.

If I was given omnipotence I would become extremely detached from humanity since they could be created or destroyed in an instant, so they would basically have no value. I would probably make humanity like a game to enjoy, where I give them free-will, and see what kind of crazy unexpected stuff they could do without my interference. I might intervene occasionally to make things more interesting. Maybe I'd even let them be aware of me, but never give them anything if they ask me, since that would ruin the fun.
