Fucking love Kratom, helps with my anxiety/headaches and weed just made it worse. 3g's doesn't do anything for me you need 7g for good effects. Take on an empty stomach and ingest a lot of fluids after like 10 minutes. Eat after 30 minutes. Never take more than once a day and take a break after 5 days in a row if you want to avoid dependence.

6.8g gave me REALLY strong effects so it really depends whereyou're buying it from. I'd say 5grams would be more than enough for anxiety with the batch I got.

What strain were you taking? I took Red Kalimantan, i've only recently got into it and I chose it because it had good reviews for it's sedating effects. I live in Canada so it's a bit more expensive here, cost me like $11.99+$5.00 for shipping/Tax for 25g's. Planning to buy a large amount in bulk pretty soon but don't know if I should switch strains.
