After I moved and couldn't be assed to drive 45 minutes to my gym I built my own. $200 for a 300lb oly set, 2 5gal bucket, cement, and some 2x4s. I drilled 3 boards together to make two pieces with 3 different heights(medium, low, high) and put in bucket, packed cement around it, and poured water to set the concrete.
