>only brush my teeth twice a week
>never gotten any cavities
Am I just lucky?

Cavities only really appear if you eat very sugary foods. If you don't brush your teeth and just eat meat and bread, you'll likely be fine. Your breath is probs rancid tho

how can i motivate myself to brush more?
>>35869758
>twice a week
Try once every other month. Big Hygiene is a joke, don't know how people fell for it. Also, shower every other week for a nice pheromone smell. To top it off, don't shampoo, it dries out your hair and causes frizzing.

Well we're at it, don't use deodorant. It's how (((Big Hygine))) removes your masculine pheromones and makes women less attractive. Also, never shave. Even if it's just patchy scruff, women love it. Trust me

Fembots here.
I honest to god LOVE the smell of guys when they don't use deodorant.
I haven't brushed in years. Went to the dentist and they told me to brush more but I don't have any cavities.

even if your teeth are fine just make sure your gums arent receding. Big Memegiene is a jewish trick but gum recession is no joke
why should I trust the stories I'm reading ITT
Have you been drinking fluoridated water? That will really help your teeth a lot, even if you're doing nothing else.

Can confirm, blessed with hardy teeth and routine six month cleanings, as long as you keep the calculus out of your motherfucking gums you'll be fine as long as you don't ritualistically let sugar sit on your teeth
(protip: drink some water immediately after eating punishingly sweet things [Including sweet drinks])
Also don't be surprised if your wisdom teeth rot if you didn't get them removed with this approach, they'll probably just tell you to take them out if it happens.
Also this is totally circumstantial but I'm a big dairy guy, so maybe that helps? I'm certainly keeping Mr. Skeletal happy.

Yes. It is genetic. My family has terrible teeth. I have soft teeth. They have literally broken eating cereal. I have many cavities depsite brushing and flossing daily. Shit sucks.

Another thing that will just slaughter your dental health is chronic dry mouth. Your teeth rot MUCH faster in a dry environment, so if you're naturally dry or taking meds that cause dry mouth take steps to keep your mouth wet. There are medications you can get prescribed for this sort of thing that are inoffensively cheap.
