How bad is your back and butt acne?

No back acne but butt acne is terrible.

I don't have butt acne, just in the back, chest and face.
I think I'll go to the doctor again for the less strong pills?, even tho they don't help for very long.(I didn't liked accutane, to much hard side effect)

Oldfag here (26), face acne is almost totally gone naturally. Back acne is very rare, maybe one deep zit a month. Never had bad butt acne try wearing clean underwear every day.

There's hope, stay strong young'uns.

I haven't had acne since going through cancer treatments.
