I have autism, when i was around 18 years old i started therapy and counselling. Now i'm 21 and i can do chores around the house like cooking ,cleaning and fixing things. I plan to move out of my parents house in the next 2 or 3 years. So from my experience i would recommend try to talk to your mother and brother about the future and how he plan's to sustain himself in the future? Try to motivate him to seek assistance to improve, Maybe something like therapy or counselling. Do some research about what the government can offer you/him. (Thing's like SSI and stuff, maybe there is a local cheap or volunteering program that he can attend?)
