Sometimes i just want to punch a random person on the street.

I've been getting that feeling a lot recently, usually happens when I'm sat in silence without any distractions.
I usually slam my fist into the wall, not punch it, but just literal slam my fist into the wall a few times.
A week or so ago I was by a door when I got the feeling and punched the shit out of it.
Sometimes I manage to stop myself and get rid of the feeling by just making some sort of sound, or by shaking my head violently.
